Gosia and Zdeno live in Norway and run guided tours and multi-day trips around Lofoten. Alongside their guiding services, they offer online products and travel itineraries for summer and winter trips.
We redesigned the website and rebuilt it technically. It has a simpler structure, better UX and runs on new technology.

First, we clarified what the website should do
The original website was hard to manage and performed poorly. It did not, however, need a major visual change.
It was more important to understand what Gazela w Laponii needs the website for. It is not a typical travel agency that has to maximise sales.
Above all, the website should help people find their way around the offer and the information they need.

A simpler content structure
Based on the analysis, we reworked the site's content architecture. We removed unnecessary complexity and set up every subpage so that visitors quickly find what matters.
We validated the structure in wireframes before moving to design, and laid the groundwork for the next phase of the project.

We refreshed the original design and brought it into line with the new site structure.
The design now supports the project's main goal: helping visitors find their way easily around the trips, guiding services and travel materials on offer.
New technology, better usability
Alongside the visual refresh, we moved the same content to new technology and adjusted the solution so the website is easier to manage.
The website is technically renewed, has a simpler structure and is more pleasant to use.
