Custom website development for businesses
We design, build and run your company website or portal for the long term, around what you actually need.
We think about performance, SEO, users and further development. From the first design to day-to-day operation, one team takes responsibility for your website.
Websites we build
From a company presentation to a large portal, we shape the site around your business, your content and the way you work, so you never have to work around a template.
Company and brochure websites
A website that represents the company, explains what it offers and helps visitors take the next step.
Product and campaign pages
Landing pages and product pages tied to marketing, analytics and a specific campaign goal.
Portals and microsites
Several websites sharing one admin, design system and technical foundation. Suited to groups of companies, brands and larger organisations.
Multilingual websites
Websites for companies operating in several markets. We design the content, the structure and the management of language versions so they can be maintained for years.
Redesign and migration
We also take over existing websites. We keep what works, remove technical debt and, during migration, look after SEO, performance and existing rankings.

Hosting, maintenance and long-term development after launch
Who we build websites for
For companies and organisations that need more from a website than an online business card. A website can be a sales channel, a communication tool, a content platform or part of a larger system.
We have experience in banking, property development, media, e-commerce and international organisations. We handle multiple languages, connections to internal systems and websites that have to cope with high traffic.
How a website is built
First we clarify what the website needs to do. Then we design, build and launch it. After launch, we can keep looking after it and developing it.
Analysis and specification
We clarify goals, users, content, scope and technical requirements, laying the groundwork for the design and a realistic estimate.
UX/UI design
We prepare the information architecture, a prototype and the visual design, so before development we can check that the site works for your users and your business.
Development in sprints
We build the site in increments that work and can be tested as we go. After every sprint you see concrete progress.
Launch
We deploy and test the site, and check technical SEO, performance, analytics and other key parts before it goes live.
Operation and development
Launch is not the end. We monitor the site, keep it updated and develop it further as needed.
Technologies
We use WordPress, headless CMS, Astro and Next.js. We choose the technology based on what the website has to handle, who will manage it and how it should develop.
WordPress can be the most practical choice for a content-heavy company website. A headless architecture or Astro can make more sense where performance, flexibility and scalability come first.
We fit the technology to the project, not the project to the technology.

Common questions about websites
If you can't find the answer here, write to us. We'll be glad to help.
Which companies and projects is Webikon a good fit for?
Companies and organisations for which the website is an important part of the business. We work with smaller companies and large organisations alike. We have experience with company websites, portals, multilingual solutions and projects with complex integrations.
How much does a website cost?
A simple company website starts at €3,000. For larger projects, the price depends on the scope, content, design, integrations and technical requirements. After the initial consultation, we prepare a more specific estimate. If you have a set budget, tell us at the start. It makes it easier to design a solution that genuinely fits it.
How long does a website take?
We can deliver a simple company website in 2–4 weeks, depending on how quickly we receive the materials. Larger company websites, portals and multilingual solutions usually take several months. The exact schedule depends on the scope, how ready the content is, the design and the integrations.
Can you redesign or take over an existing website?
Yes. We also take over websites built by another supplier. First we audit the technical state, the code, the CMS, performance and SEO. Then we propose what is worth keeping, what to fix and what makes sense to rebuild.
What technologies do you use to build websites?
Depending on the project, we use WordPress, Laravel, React, Astro, Next.js and headless CMS solutions, for example. We choose the technology based on the requirements for performance, content management, integrations, security and further development.
Is a website finished at launch?
Technically yes, but for us the project does not end there. We can keep running, monitoring, updating, securing and developing the website. If you need it, we continue with regular development based on your next priorities.
How does working together work?
We start with analysis and specification, then move on to UX/UI design and development in two-week sprints. You see results as we go and know what is happening on the project. After launch, we can continue with operation and further development.
What if we don't have a finished brief yet?
You don't need a complete brief. In the initial consultation we go through your goals, your current website, content and requirements. If needed, we help you prepare the UX, specification and estimate before development begins.
We will build a website with a specific job in your business.
Tell us what the new website needs to solve. We'll go through your goals, the current state and the options for the next steps.
No-obligation consultation.
We reply within 24 hours.
