Your website stays up, secure and fast.
You don't have to think about it. We look after websites that have to work.
We update, test, back up and monitor. When something breaks, we fix it. And every month you get a summary of what we've done and what state your website is in.
40+
websites under regular care
When something on your website breaks
Downtime can mean lost orders, customers and money. That's why we don't wait for you to find the problem. We monitor your website continuously and, when an incident happens, we take care of resolving it.
Outage or error
no customer has noticed yet
Monitoring picks up the problem
the alert comes straight to us, nobody waits for someone to notice
Automated log analysis
tools prepare a report on what happened
A developer approves the next step
nothing is deployed to your website without human approval
The 30 minutes apply to diagnostics, not to the fix itself. A more complex problem can take longer to fix, and we keep you informed while it does.
An outage comes first.
Our standard hours are 9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. During an outage we work on it non-stop until the website is back up. If the problem lies with the hosting, we escalate it immediately and give the provider the diagnostics and logs so they can fix it as quickly as possible.
Updates without unnecessary risk
Web technologies change fast. A website nobody looks after becomes exposed to new vulnerabilities over time, and these are now exploited more and more often with the help of AI.
But an update on its own isn't enough. A change in a plugin or in the core can break another part of the website. That's why we first run updates away from the live site, test them and only then deploy them to production.
We review the changes
We update a copy of the site
We test the site
We make a backup
We deploy to your site
We send you a report
We test
We review changes to the core and plugins and run the updates in a separate environment. We take screenshots of the site before and after the update, compare them and check that the admin and the editor load.
We back up
Before every deployment we create a separate backup. If anything goes wrong, we have something to go back to.
We report
At the end you get an overview of what was updated, what we tested, what we found and what we recommend next.
If our update breaks the site, we fix it. No charge.
We test precisely so that this doesn't happen. If it happens anyway, it's our problem.
Pricing based on what your website needs
A small company website and an online shop with a thousand orders a month don't have the same needs. So there are two options: one at a fixed price, and one based on what your website actually needs.
Maintenance
€80
excl. VAT
For small and medium-sized websites that need to run reliably.
A paid Cloudflare premium plan is not included.
Controlled updates
We run them away from the live site, compare before-and-after screenshots and check the admin. If our update causes a problem, we fix it at no charge.
Backups
Nightly off-server backups are kept for 90 days. Before every deployment we also create a separate backup.
Security
We track known vulnerabilities in plugins and themes, scan for malware daily, watch SSL certificate validity and review access rights. Logins are also protected with two-factor authentication (2FA). We set up a web application firewall (WAF) in Cloudflare and keep tuning it.
Monitoring
We monitor the site’s availability around the clock.
Monthly report
Every month you get an overview of the updates carried out and what we found.
Proactive problem solving
We watch the error logs and keep PHP, the database and other dependencies up to date.
Clean-up after a hack
If the site is hacked anyway, the clean-up is included in the price. We have a procedure ready for exactly this kind of incident.
Annual review
Once a year we carry out a detailed performance and security analysis. We cover 25% of the cost of implementing its recommendations.
Priority support
Scheduled work and requests are handled with priority. We respond by the next working day at the latest.
Custom
By agreement
including a custom SLA
For websites where downtime means a direct loss.
We set the price according to the size and complexity of the website, whether it's an online shop or a multisite, how many features need testing with each update and the condition the website is in when we take it over.
Custom SLA
Response times and time to restore service are agreed and set out in the contract.
Availability outside working hours
Evenings, weekends and public holidays, depending on when your website earns money.
Scope to fit the website
Test scenarios, environments and deployment frequency are set according to how your website actually works.
The minimum term is 3 months.
How we start working together
We won't take responsibility for a website we don't know sight unseen. So we look at it first, and only then do we talk about maintenance.
Free first look
Send us your website’s address. We’ll look at it from the outside and get back to you with next steps.
Initial analysis
If we don’t know the site, we analyse it first. The report is yours even if you decide against maintenance. With a year’s subscription paid in advance, the analysis is free.
Set-up and first cycle
We set up backups, monitoring, access and test scenarios. You get your first report after the first month.
Code review, even if AI wrote it
The code may have been written by another supplier, your in-house team or artificial intelligence.
Vibe coding in tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or Lovable gets a website or app up and running quickly. But the fact that it works doesn't mean it's secure or that it can be developed further. So before launch, or before we take it on for maintenance, we review the code as thoroughly as any other.
For every finding, you get a recommendation on how to fix it. We can make the fixes too.
Security
Input sanitisation, protection against XSS and SQL injection, permissions, and access keys that don't belong in the code or the frontend.
Performance
Slow database queries, missing caching and unnecessary requests that put load on the server as traffic grows.
Code architecture
Structure, readability, duplication and dependencies. We check whether the code can be developed further without every change breaking something.
Best practice
Standards of WordPress and the framework used, licences, and development leftovers that have no business on a production server.
Questions about maintenance
If you can't find the answer here, write to us. We'll be glad to help.
My hosting already updates plugins automatically.
An automatic update installs the new version, but it doesn't check whether the contact form, the ordering process or another important part of the website still works afterwards. And when something breaks, it doesn't tell anyone. “Updated” doesn't mean “still working”.
Nothing has ever gone wrong for us so far.
That's good to hear. But maintenance isn't only about dealing with incidents. It's also about preventing unnecessary problems, so that if your website does go down, you don't have to scramble to find someone who knows it.
We have a security plugin. Isn't that enough?
A security plugin can scan and flag a problem. But it won't decide what to do about a finding, it won't block an attack on a vulnerability that has no fix yet, and if an attack succeeds, it won't clean up the website. That's why we cover security with several measures, not a single plugin.
What isn't included?
Content edits, new features, implementing recommendations from analyses, training and content creation are not part of regular maintenance. We can provide them separately at €75 per hour. Paid plugin and theme licences and the Cloudflare premium plan are not included either.
Do you need access? And what if I leave?
Yes, a website can't be managed without the necessary access. We keep it in a password manager and use it only for the agreed work. If we stop working together, we hand over the access and the backups to you. The website is yours. We don't lock anything.
Do you maintain websites you didn't build?
Yes. Most of these engagements start with an initial analysis. If we find the website is in a state where regular maintenance isn't worth it, we'll tell you straight.
What if I need a response in the evening or at the weekend?
Standard availability is 9:00 to 17:00 on working days. During an outage, however, we work on restoring the website non-stop. If you need guaranteed availability outside working hours too, we can set up a custom SLA.
We'll look at your site.
Free, no obligation.
Send us your website address. Within two working days we'll tell you what state it's in, what we'd tackle first and what maintenance with us would cost.
No-obligation consultation.
We reply within 2 working days.
