Year-end Webikon retreat
We met up again for a Webikon retreat, this time in the village of Polomka. Workshops, discussions and goulash.

A proper start
Since we all work from home, spending time together matters to us. So we met up again for a Webikon retreat, this time wandering off to the village of Polomka.
We started as always, with lunch together, and then moved on to the cabin. We stayed at Chata Alex, which could have been made for our team-building.

We kicked off the team-building with excellent coffee made by Palino and Martin, our resident speciality coffee lovers. Alongside it came a marketing presentation and discussion full of ideas and improvements. Then came the evening of free time and fun we'd been looking forward to.

A new day dawns
Day two brought a difficult wake-up (as it tends to), but we still got into work mode and opened more interesting discussions, for example:
- Comparing the Elementor and Oxygen page builders
- Building custom Gutenberg blocks and comparing different approaches
- Several discussions on all sorts of technical and non-technical topics.

During the day we also made goulash, cooked by head chef Marek, with the rest of us as model assistants. In the evening the fun got going again, and it was brilliant. The board game Activity gave us a bit of a hard time, but we didn't give up and fought our way through to the end.

And as tends to happen at great events like this, departure day arrived. We spent the morning relaxing and chatting over breakfast. Then we went for a tasty lunch at Green Pub in Brezno, which we can only recommend.
